BSA security officers standing guard outside a corporate building

Security built
on discipline.

Bharat Security Agency deploys defence-trained personnel across industrial, corporate, commercial and personal postings — led by a founder who served, and built to the same standard.

Who We Are

A one-stop security desk, run the way a unit is run.

Bharat Security Agency was formed by a small group of ex-Defence personnel who noticed the same gap on every site they visited: guards who could stand at a gate, but weren't trained to actually think through a threat. BSA was built to close that gap — recruiting, training and deploying personnel who bring the discipline of a service background to everyday civilian sites.

What started as a security-only outfit has grown into a genuine one-stop desk for facility needs — security, fire safety, housekeeping, pest control and support staffing — so a client deals with one accountable partner instead of five separate vendors. Every guard still passes through the same fire-fighting workshop before deployment, whether the posting is a residential gate or an industrial plant.

  • Defence-led leadership — founded and run by a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Subedar rank).
  • Site-first process — every engagement starts with a survey of the location before a single guard is posted.
  • Trained for real incidents — an in-house fire-fighting and first-aid workshop, not a one-time induction.

What We Deploy

One agency, every post covered.

From a single residential guard to a fully staffed industrial site — the same recruitment and training standard applies across every service line.

Industrial Security

Perimeter control and access management for plants, warehouses and manufacturing sites.

Corporate Security

Front-desk presence and access discipline for offices and business parks.

Commercial Security

Guard coverage for malls, retail chains and marketplaces, matched to footfall patterns.

Personal Security

Trained body guards for individuals, families and residences.

Fire & Emergency

In-house fire-fighting training on solid, liquid, chemical and electrical fire response.

Event Security

Ceremonial guards and crowd management for functions, launches and gatherings.

Housekeeping

Trained office and facility support staff to keep a site running clean and orderly.

Pest Control

Scheduled treatment programs bundled in as part of the same facility contract.

High-Risk Postings

Armed guards, for sites that can't afford a gap.

Banks, ATMs, cash-in-transit points and other high-value sites get personnel trained and licensed for armed deployment — a visible, capable presence at the door, not just a uniform.

Who We Post

Every rank of guard, on one roster.

Women on Duty

The Lady Force.

BSA maintains a full roster of trained lady guards — not a token add-on for a handful of postings, but the default team for sites where a woman in uniform simply does the job better. They carry the same drill, the same fire-fighting and first-aid training, and the same clearance as every other guard on the roster.

01

Statutory Frisking Duty

Female visitors and staff can, by law, only be frisked by female personnel — malls, cinemas, events and transit hubs need a lady guard on shift, not on call.

02

Schools, Colleges & Hostels

A lady guard at the gate puts parents at ease and gives students someone they'll actually flag a problem to.

03

Nightlife & Events

Female guests are searched and managed appropriately, and mixed floor teams read a room faster than an all-male one.

04

Corporate & Residential Front Desk

Visitor screening and reception postings where a lady guard is often simply the better fit for the desk.

The BSA Standard

Standing Orders.

Every guard who wears the BSA badge reports to post carrying the same five orders — not printed on a wall, but drilled in until they're instinct.

  1. 01

    Handle Security Issues

Spot a problem early and act on it calmly, without waiting for it to escalate into an incident.

  2. 02

    Promote Good Customer Care

A guard is often the first face a visitor sees — courtesy and vigilance are trained together, not traded off.

  3. 03

    Prevent Crimes

Visible, alert presence built to deter trouble before it starts, not just report it afterwards.

  4. 04

    Offer a Sense of Security

Clients and their staff should feel the difference a trained guard makes, not just see a uniform.

  5. 05

Maintain a Safe & Secure Environment

The job doesn't end at the gate — it's sustained through every shift, every handover, every day.

How We Prepare

Trained before deployment. Retrained on the job.

Recruitment follows strict internal standards, but selection is only step one. Every recruit passes through pre-induction training, followed by job-orientation at the actual client site, with fire-fighting and first-aid refreshers run on a regular cycle for guards, managers and executives alike.

Parade & Discipline Drill

Formation, bearing and command response — the fundamentals borrowed straight from Defence training.

Fire-Fighting Workshop

Hands-on drills covering solid, liquid, chemical and electrical fire response with live extinguisher practice.

On Site

From factory gates to shopping fronts.

BSA teams are currently posted across industrial units, corporate offices and commercial malls — the same recruitment, training and supervision standard follows the guard, wherever the post is.

Why We Do This

Let the client grow. Let the guard grow with them.

Bharat Security Agency exists on a simple bet: if the people we post are properly trained and genuinely looked after, the client's site stays safer than a cheaper, undertrained alternative ever could.

  • Need-based security, designed in depth — not a one-size uniform posting.
  • Site-specific plans built to match real, assessed hazards.
  • Protection against damage, sabotage, espionage and internal risk, not just intrusion.
  • Cost minimised through smarter deployment — the right mix of manpower and monitoring, not just more guards.
